How do I return my order?

You may request a return or exchange if:
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your item arrived in unacceptable condition
- You received the wrong item

Contact us at "seerkitsight@gmail.com" within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:
- Proof of purchase
- An uncut video showing you opening the package
*Requests with missing requirements may not be accepted.*

Return the item via Courier — Shipping fee covered by SEERKITSIGHT.

Once your return is APPROVED, we’ll let you know and your payment will be refunded to your account.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- No one being available to receive the package
- The package being returned to the courier because the recipient was unavailable
